Hey there,
Got home yesterday afternoon! Thought it was time to catch up on my practice from the two days in DK, so I went to the poolroom and practiced The Ladder again. My friend Tes was there as well and we decided to play some sets against each other. It went really good so we played another 5 hours!
Nice way to built up your condition

Roy asked me, if I could explain "The Ladder"... Well, it's a drill from Bert Kinister. He has made some really good instructional videos and if you look under his name and "the ladder" on the internet, you get this (incl. a link to where you can order his videos):

"The most powerful exercise ever created by the worlds master pocket billiard instructor, Bert Kinister. Volume 33, "CLIMBING THE LADDER" ..."

I can really recommend his drills! You can built them up slowly, depending on your level. In "The Ladder" the balls are placed close to the rails, you have to make them in order and make position for the next ball by crossing over the table, so there's a lot of good shoots! I started with 6 balls and now I'm working with all 15

Which drill do you have for me in exchange, Roy??

Have a nice Sunday!
